Shipping Policy
At Boardwalk, we aim to ensure a smooth, reliable, and timely delivery experience for every order placed within India.
1. Order Handling & Dispatch Timelines
- Orders placed (Monday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
- Our fulfilment centre functions Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Across India
- Estimated delivery window: Most orders are delivered within 0–2 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Delhi NCR Priority Delivery: Customers within Delhi NCR may select a Next-Day Delivery option at checkout, subject to serviceable pin codes.
- Shipping fees:
- Standard delivery is complimentary across India.
- Charges for express or NCR priority delivery, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available for orders valued up to ₹10,000.
- A flat COD service fee of ₹150 applies per order.
- Shipment tracking details are shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner.
3. Delivery Partners
To ensure dependable and trackable deliveries, we work with established courier services, including:
- Delhivery
- Shadowfax
- DTDC
- Blue Dart
4. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- If your shipment status reflects “Delivered” but the package has not reached you, please notify us within 72 hours of the delivery update.
- In accordance with courier partner policies, complaints cannot be raised after 72 hours from the delivery timestamp.
- Boardwalk cannot be held responsible for claims reported beyond this timeframe.
5. Unforeseen Delays
While we make every effort to meet delivery commitments, delays may occasionally arise due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Weather disruptions
- National or regional holidays
- Courier or operational challenges
