Exchange Policy
At Boardwalk, we work hard to provide our customers with comfortable resort wear of impeccable quality and great value. Our collections are curated from around the world using premium fabrics and superior craftsmanship.
No Returns Policy
- We do not offer returns on any products.
Size Exchanges Only We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.
- If the required size is not available, we may issue a credit note of the amount
Swimsuits Policy
- Swimsuits are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, even in cases of sizing issues.Therefore we request you to refer to the sizing chart carefully or email/ whatsapp us for any sizing concerns before ordering.
When Is an Exchange Allowed?
You may request a size exchange only if:
- The product does not fit correctly (excluding swimsuits), or
- You have received a wrong or defective item (excluding swimsuits).
Exchange Request Timeline
- Exchange requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.
- This timeline is strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
All exchange requests must be submitted via our Exchange Portal:

- For wrong or defective items, clear images must be uploaded at the time of request.
- Exchanges are processed only after quality checks.
Exchange Charges
- Reverse pickup charges of ₹80 are to be borne by the customer for all exchanges.
Important Terms
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
- Boardwalk reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request based on product condition and policy compliance.
